Two-bedroom Casa Feliz (it means happy in Portuguese!) is perfect for a family of four, or can combine effortlessly with Casa Bonita for a group of six. The master bedroom boasts a large, queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and there's a spacious central lounge and dining area and wonderful views from the outside deck.
The design is light and airy and mixes rustic character with lots of fresh, modern touches and locally crafted items to keep that all-important Mozambican charm. With a self-contained, fully equipped kitchenette and braai at hand, you won't go hungry!

The town of Inhambane existed in the 10th century, and was the southernmost port used by Arabs for slave trading. The region was visited by Vasco da Gama in 1498, who claimed Inhambane Bay for Portugal. The Portuguese established a trading post at Inhambane in 1534.

Witnessed a sea turtle laying eggs on tofo beach yesterday! 🐢🐢🐢
The nesting process consists of several stages. The female turtle emerges from the sea at night and ascends the beach, searching for a suitable nesting site (somewhere dark and quiet).
Once at the chosen nesting site, she begins to dig a body pit by using all four flippers. She removes the dry surface sand beneath her, which will later be used to cover the her rear flippers in a similar way to digging her egg chamber.
The number of eggs in a nest, called a clutch, varies by species. In addition, sea turtles may lay more than one clutch during a nesting season. On average, sea turtles lay 110 eggs in a nest,
